Am I good enough?

How many times have you had this question in your mind? Many times it happens that we doubt our skills. When we are given a responsibility or a new role to perform, we often question why are they choosing me? Am I good enough to do this? What if I don’t do what is expected? , they will surely remove me from this task, and all other kinds of self-doubts, Do you feel your achievements happened just because of luck and you didn’t do much for it? And you don’t see your achievements as big as others do.

If you doubt yourself even if your history and performance don’t suggest the same, then you might be suffering from imposter syndrome.

It happens with the perfectionist or the high achievers who criticize themselves for the smallest mistakes. Whenever you think like this, control your negative thoughts. Your confidence can suffer if you don’t believe in yourself.

Whenever it happens with you, just don’t let your mind talk negatively. You know it’s not you, it’s only fear and it’s just a psychological phenomenon and you don’t need to be dissuaded by it.

Don’t allow anyone or anything not even yourself to make you feel that you’re not good enough .

  4. I think the battle is usually against self. If we think we are good enough, its easier to shrug off the opinions of others. I still battle with this sometimes so I am working on how I see my self. Great post

This was new to me. I never heard of the imposter syndrome…. but it seems very interesting. But you’re right you can’t let doubt stop you from doing what your heart and mind desire!
